zones of regution

 The zones of regulation is how you feel. 

Red zone is  anxious mad and frustrated  to get out of this zone you can nap read or hold a stress ball

Yellow zone is a bit like the red zone but just a little calmer and the same things are required to get out of that zone.

Green zone is feeling good and ready to learn.

Blue is sick and wobbly
